The Alaska House ended the special session Friday, marred by deep divisions and unable to come to terms on a plan to address the state's multibillion-dollar budget deficit. A number of legislators took turns saying their piece, with some poking at Gov. Bill Walker and others expressing regret that more had not been accomplished.
